Jammu, September 2, 2025 : The Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) has issued directives for strict monitoring of water tanker operations to ensure efficient distribution across the city. Enforcement Officers and Inspectors have been tasked with overseeing water supply from borewells, coordinating with the helpdesk for complaints, and working alongside Sanitary Inspectors to determine deployment locations. Sanitary staff will ensure tankers deliver water to households and communities as per the slips issued by the PHE Department.
