Ganderbal, September 6, 2025 : Dispelling rumours, police on Saturday clarified that no cloudburst had occurred in the Zojila sector.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ganderbal confirmed that the area only witnessed a short spell of rainfall and no damages were reported.

The official urged people to avoid panic, stating that traffic movement and local habitations remain safe.
