Srinagar, Sep 11, 2025 : Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo today chaired a high-level meeting to review the progress of the Citizen Centric Services initiative by the J&K Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs.
The digital platform, comprising a web portal and mobile app, aims to enhance transparency and ease of access to legal services, including legal aid, case status updates, notary services, and legislative information. The Chief Secretary emphasized timely launch, inclusivity, and collaboration with legal experts to make the service comprehensive and citizen-friendly.
Key features include AI-powered legal assistance, grievance redressal, access to UT laws, and public feedback on draft legislation. Awareness campaigns are planned to ensure wide citizen participation.
