NEW DELHI, Nov 6 : Sat Paul Sharma (BJP) from J&K and Rajinder Gupta (AAP) from Punjab took oath as newly elected members of the Rajya Sabha on Thursday.
The oath was administered by Vice President C P Radhakrishnan at Parliament House.
Sharma, a chartered accountant and former J&K minister, took oath in Hindi, while Gupta, an industrialist, did so in Punjabi.
BJP leaders J P Nadda, Jitendra Singh, and Tarun Chugh were present at the ceremony.
