January 21, 2026 : The Jammu and Kashmir Government has deputed a member of the J&K Accounts (Gazetted) Service to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Vijaypur, Jammu, for a period of three years, as per an official order.
The deputation has been approved vide Government Order No. 99-JK(GAD) of 2026, dated January 21, 2026, issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) and signed by Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, M. Raju, IAS.
According to the order, Babu Ram, a member of the Jammu and Kashmir Accounts (Gazetted) Service, has been sanctioned for deputation to AIIMS Vijaypur Jammu for the stipulated tenure.
The order further clarifies that the deputation will be governed by the standard terms and conditions laid down under Schedule XVIII of the J&K Civil Services Regulations (Vol-II), read with SRO-192 dated May 28, 2007.
It has also been specified that during the deputation period, the officer will retain lien and promotion prospects in his parent department, the Finance Department, ensuring no adverse impact on his service career.
The deputation has been ordered following official communications received from the Finance Department and the Executive Director and CEO, AIIMS Vijaypur Jammu.
