Jammu, January 27, 2026 : The Jammu and Kashmir Government has re-designated the post of Secretary to the Government, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, as Commissioner Secretary to the Government.
According to an order issued by the General Administration Department, the re-designation will remain effective for the duration the post is held by Achal Sethi. Consequently, Achal Sethi now stands designated as Commissioner Secretary, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, with immediate effect.
