DIPR Launches Online Competitions to Mark Independence Day 2025

SRINAGAR, July 22, 2025: As part of Independence Day 2025 celebrations, the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), J&K, has announced a series of online competitions to encourage patriotic expression among students, youth, and the general public.

The competitions include:

  • National Anthem Singing Contest: Participants can showcase their vocal tribute to the nation. Winning entries will receive cash prizes. Submit here.

  • Essay Writing Competition on the theme “Viksit Bharat @2047”: Share your ideas and vision for a developed India by 2047. Submit here.

  • Online Painting Contest on “Draw Your Favourite Freedom Fighter”: Express your creativity and honour India’s heroes through art. Submit here.

Open to all citizens of J&K, these competitions aim to spark creativity, instill national pride, and celebrate the spirit of independence. Attractive prizes and certificates await winners.

DIPR urges everyone to take part and make this Independence Day celebration inspiring and unforgettable.
