Drass, July 25, 2025: The Indian Army marked Kargil Vijay Diwas 2025 with patriotic zeal at the iconic Lamochen View Point, perched at 11,500 feet in Drass.
Lieutenant General Ritesh Bhalla, GOC Fire and Fury Corps, unfurled the Tricolour as the Chief Guest during the solemn tribute.
Describing the moment as unparalleled, Kargil War hero and CEO, Maj Gen Ashim Kohli (Retd), said the ceremony was truly unique—with legendary battle sites like Batra Top, Tiger Hill, and Tololing forming a powerful backdrop to the national flag.
