Jammu, February 12, 2026 : The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Secretariat on Thursday announced that Monday, February 16, 2026, will be observed as an Off Day following a unanimous decision taken by the House.

According to an official bulletin issued by the Secretariat, the business originally scheduled for February 16 will now be taken up on Friday, February 20, 2026.

The notification, issued under Bulletin No. LA-1001-36/Legn/2026 dated February 12, 2026, was signed by Secretary of the Legislative Assembly, Monokum (Manoj Kumar Pandit).

The Secretariat stated that the decision has been implemented in pursuance of the resolution adopted by the House.
