Doda, August 8, 2025 : Security forces launched a major crackdown on the terror network in Jammu and Kashmir’s Doda district, conducting searches at the residences of Pakistan-based terrorists across 15 locations, officials said on Friday.
“These searches targeted the homes of terrorists currently operating from Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, who continue to orchestrate activities within the region from across the border,” said a senior police official.
The raids, which began Thursday evening, are part of an intensified effort to dismantle the local support system aiding cross-border terrorism.
Senior Superintendent of Police Doda, Sandeep Mehta, who is overseeing the operation, stated that further details will be shared upon its conclusion.
