Leh, October 16, 2025 : SNM Hospital, Leh, has issued an urgent appeal to locate the family of Joginder Singh (31), a resident of Udhampur, who was admitted after a road accident.
Brought in by Leh Police, the patient sustained a serious head injury and is currently under treatment with a Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 7/15, indicating a critical condition.
Doctors say immediate referral and advanced medical care are required, but no family member or acquaintance has reached the hospital so far.
Authorities have urged anyone who knows Joginder Singh to contact SNM Hospital, Leh, or report to its Emergency Department at the earliest to assist in decision-making and ensure proper medical support.
Timely communication, officials said, is vital for saving the patient’s life.
