Jammu, March 27, 2026 : Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday interacted with students of an Army Goodwill School from the border belt of Saujiyan in Poonch at Lok Bhavan.
The group, comprising 33 students along with teachers and Army personnel, is on a J&K Integration Tour organize under Operation Sadbhavana, aimed at fostering national unity and holistic development among youth from remote border areas.
Focus on Youth Empowerment
The tour, organised by the White Knight Corps, seeks to:
- 🌍 Provide exposure to diverse regions and institutions
- 🇮🇳 Promote the spirit of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat
- 💡 Build confidence and broaden perspectives of students

During the tour, students visited key locations including:
- Rajouri
- Jammu
- Srinagar
Many students experienced rail travel to Srinagar for the first time, along with exposure to:
- Urban environments like shopping complexes
- Air Force Station Jammu
- Army lifestyle and functioning
