Jammu, March 19, 2026 : Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday paid obeisance at the revered Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine, seeking blessings for peace, prosperity, happiness and well-being of all.
The visit coincided with the auspicious occasion of Chaitra Navratri, a significant festival dedicated to the worship of Goddess Durga.
Sharing the update on X, Manoj Sinha said:
“Paid obeisance at revered Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine on the auspicious occasion of Chaitra Navratri. Prayed for peace, prosperity, happiness and well-being of one and all.”
The Lt Governor’s visit reflects the spiritual significance of the shrine, which attracts lakhs of devotees from across the country, especially during Navratri.
