Srinagar, July 20, 2025 : Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday visited the Baltal base camp to review the ongoing arrangements for the Amarnath Yatra. He chaired a high-level meeting with officials from the civil administration, police, security forces, and other key departments involved in managing the pilgrimage.
The LG reviewed vital aspects including accommodation, healthcare, sanitation, and security, urging departments to maintain close coordination for a safe and smooth pilgrimage experience.
Interacting with volunteers, service providers, and representatives of various organisations, LG Sinha praised their dedication and tireless service in facilitating one of the country’s most significant spiritual events.
