Jammu, July 20, 2025 : The Jammu and Kashmir Government has assigned Niraj Kumar, a 2010-batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre, additional charge as Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi.
Currently serving as Administrative Secretary of the Public Grievances Department, Kumar will also oversee the Hospitality and Protocol Department during the deputation of Bhupinder Kumar (IAS, 2011 batch) to the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, from July 21 to August 16, 2025.
