Jammu, September 8, 2025 : A Pakistani intruder was apprehended along the International Border (IB) in the RS Pura sector of Jammu on Sunday night. The individual, identified as Siraj Khan from Sargodha, Punjab (Pakistan), was spotted by Border Security Force (BSF) personnel stationed at the Octroi outpost around 9:20 PM.
After being challenged, the intruder attempted to flee, prompting the BSF troops to fire warning shots before arresting him near the border fence. A quantity of Pakistani currency was also recovered from his possession.
Siraj Khan is currently under interrogation to determine his intentions and the circumstances leading to his illegal border crossing.
