📍 Jammu, October 3, 2025 : The Centre has appointed 10 senior officers as Central Prabhari for Aspirational Blocks under the Government’s flagship development programme — eight in Jammu & Kashmir and two in Ladakh.
Notably, IAS officer Shah Faesal, Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Culture, has been assigned to Tulail block of Bandipora.
