SRINAGAR, December 5, 2025 : The State Investigation Agency (SIA) of Jammu and Kashmir Police on Friday carried out multiple raids in Srinagar and Ganderbal districts in connection with its probe into the “white collar” terror module, officials said.
The early morning searches were conducted at several locations across central Kashmir, including the residence of Tufail Bhat at Diyarwani area of Batamaloo in Srinagar. Bhat was arrested by the SIA last month in connection with the same case.
Officials said the raids were part of the ongoing investigation to gather further evidence, trace financial and logistical links, and identify additional associates linked to the terror network.
The so-called “white collar” terror module refers to a group of radicalised professionals, including doctors, who are allegedly involved in the November 10 Delhi blast case. The investigation has revealed that the module operated discreetly under the guise of professional work while allegedly facilitating terror activities.
The SIA continues to probe the wider network and its inter-state links as part of efforts to dismantle the entire terror ecosystem, officials added.
