Srinagar, August 25, 2025 : Police on Monday recovered a rusted grenade from a garbage dump in Iqbal Colony, Safakadal area of downtown Srinagar, officials said.
The grenade was spotted by a police patrol party during routine checks. The area was immediately cordoned off, and the explosive was safely removed from the site, they added.
