Mumbai, March 5,2026 : Arjun Tendulkar, son of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, married long-time girlfriend and entrepreneur Saaniya Chandhok in a grand ceremony held at the The St. Regis Mumbai on Wednesday.
While Arjun has been pursuing a career in cricket like his iconic father, Saaniya Chandhok has carved her own path as a pet care entrepreneur and professional veterinary technician. She is the granddaughter of Ravi Ghai, which owns the Graviss Hospitality Limited.
Saaniya completed her Business Management course from the London School of Economics in 2020. She later founded Mr Paws Pet Spa & Store LLP, a premium pet grooming and wellness brand based in Mumbai.
The couple reportedly shared a long friendship before their relationship blossomed into love. They were introduced through Arjun’s sister, Sara Tendulkar, who had been friends with Saaniya for years. Over time, frequent interactions and strong mutual support helped the friendship evolve into a lifelong partnership.
Interestingly, Saaniya is said to be about a year older than Arjun, mirroring a similar age dynamic in Arjun’s parents’ marriage—Anjali Tendulkar is five years older than Sachin Tendulkar.
The wedding reportedly drew an impressive guest list from the worlds of cricket, business and entertainment, marking it as one of the most talked-about celebrations in Mumbai.
