JAMMU, April 7, 2026 : The Jammu and Kashmir Government has suspended Manzoor Ahmad Dar, In-charge Executive Engineer of PHE Mechanical Division South Awantipora, following his detention by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Kashmir.
🔹 Suspension effective from March 28, 2026 (date of detention)
🔹 Action taken under Rule 31 of J&K Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1956
🔹 Officer attached to Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti (PHE) Kashmir office
During the suspension period, the officer will receive subsistence allowance as per rules.
