Constitutional Institutions in the country are being destroyed and we are heading towards Presidential form of Government which is very dangerous for the federal structure, unity & integrity of the country. This was stated by AAP leaders in a meeting held here in Chinore, Bantalab office in Jammu North Assembly Constituency, while reacting to the announcement regarding holding of elections in Gujrat. The AAP leaders expressed that announcement of Election Commission to declare results of Himanchal as also Gujrat on the same date i.e: 8th Dec., 2022, then invoking code of conduct on different dates smacks of tamed attitude of Election Commission to give more time to ruling dispensation leaders particularly PM to throw more JUMLAS to lure & befool masses of Gujrat who are already fed up due to 27 years long rule of corruption, partisan approach and nepotism, they alleged and added that masses of the country would have thought of clean & fair deal of Election Commission had it declared elections of both states on the same date. Worst of it, when MORBI area of Gujrat was reeling under the sudden incident of bridge collapse rending shock wave across whole country and PM was busy in delivering JUMLAS to fetch vote the release said. This sort of dictatorship ruining the Constitutional Institutions is very bad & harmful for the well being of the country as the faith of the countrymen from the pillars of democracy is getting shacked badly, the release said.

The AAP leaders asked the Countrymen to see through the whole game which is weakening the fabrics of greatest democracy of the world where rule of law prevails but is under great danger under the present dispensation, they warned. The AAP leaders present in the meeting were S/Sh. Ram Singh Chauhan, State Manifesto drafting Committee Member, Kuldeep Kumar Rao, State organization building Committee & Manifesto drafting Committee Member, Amit Langer, Provincial Secretary, Sukhdev Kumar Sangral & S. Ranjodh Singh, Jt. Secretaries District Jammu Urban & others.
