Shiv Sena demands for Zakir arrest and boycott of FIFA World Cup

Jammu. Expressing strong protest over the presence of Zakir Naik, accused of spreading mutual hatred and terrorist activities, in the FIFA World Cup , the Shiv Sena Jammu and Kashmir unit has appealed to the Modi government for immediately arrest and appeal to the people of the country to boycott the FIFA World Cup.
Party state chief Manish Sahni, while addressing the media at the party’ centre office in Jammu today, said that Zakir Naik, accused of spreading hatred against non-Muslims, forced conversions, money laundering, provocative speeches and terrorist activities, was present in the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Sahni said that the Modi government should use its international stature to arrest Zakir and bring him to India.

Sahni said that under the guise of sports, no country should be allowed to promote fundamentalist thinking. He said that such information is being received that during the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, under the guise of religious sermons, Zakir can be spewed against other religions. Even before this many times Zakir has spewed venom against other religions through his religious teachings. Sahni also appealed to the people of the country to boycott the FIFA World Cup. on this occasion Gen secretary Vikas Bakshi, G I Singh , president Kamghar wing Raj Singh ,Manju Ram , Shashipal were present.
