Anantnag, March 10, 2025 :  A prestigious Piping ceremony was held today at District Police Lines (DPL) Anantnag to formally decorate eight newly promoted Sub-Inspectors (SIs) with their ranks.

The ceremony was graced by SSP Anantnag, Dr. G.V. Sundeep Chakravarthy (IPS), along with SP Headquarters Anantnag, Shri Sajad Ahmad, SP Operations Anantnag, Shri Furqan Qadir, and other senior officers, who adorned the promoted officers with their new insignia.

Congratulating the officers on their well-earned promotions, SSP Anantnag emphasized the greater responsibilities that come with higher ranks. He urged them to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and dedication in their duty to serve the people and maintain law and order.

The event concluded with a group photograph and a vote of thanks, marking a significant milestone in the careers of the promoted officers.
