Jammu, July 19, 2025: In an administrative reshuffle, the Jammu and Kashmir Government has assigned Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Sachin Kumar Vaishya (IAS), the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer of the Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, Katra.
Vaishya, a 2015-batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre, will hold the charge during the deputation period of the current CEO, Anshul Garg (IAS), who has been nominated to the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, from July 21 to August 16, 2025.
The arrangement aims to ensure continuity in the Shrine Board’s functioning during Garg’s temporary deputation.
