Katra, July 29, 2025 : Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta, visited the holy shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi in Katra and offered prayers at the sacred cave temple. This marked his first visit to the shrine after taking charge as LG of Ladakh.
On the occasion, he prayed for peace, prosperity, and well-being of the people of Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir, and the nation.
Expressing faith in divine blessings, LG Gupta said he hopes the region continues progressing on the path of development and harmony.
