JAMMU, August 5, 2025 : In a major administrative reshuffle, the Jammu and Kashmir government on Tuesday ordered the transfer of 14 officers, including 10 IAS and 4 JKAS officers. Six districts also got new Deputy Commissioners.
Anshul Garg, a 2013-batch IAS officer and CEO of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, has been appointed Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, according to an order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD). The post was lying vacant since V K Bidhuri’s transfer to Delhi by the Ministry of Home Affairs on May 16.
