The directive, aligned with central guidelines, mandates precise timelines for Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs), treasuries, and the Cyber Treasury to ensure timely clearance of all pending bills.
Revised Deadline Structure
- DDOs Submission:
📌 All bills must be submitted to treasuries by 2:00 PM, March 31, 2026 - Treasury Processing:
⏱️ Bills to be forwarded to Cyber Treasury within 30 minutes
📌 Final cut-off: 2:30 PM - Cyber Treasury Upload:
- DBT Schemes: Upload to Public Financial Management System (PFMS) by 3:00 PM
- Non-DBT Schemes: Upload by 4:00 PM
