JAMMU, Aug 12, 2025 : Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar was greeted by a sea of cheering fans at Dogra Chowk as he inaugurated Kalyan Jewellers’ grand flagship showroom in the city. Braving overcast skies, men, women, and children from Jammu and beyond thronged the venue for a glimpse of the actor.
The “Jolly LLB 3” star, whose film releases on September 19, thanked the crowd with a spirited “Jai Mata Di” and praised Jammu’s hospitality, calling Dogras “khand meethe log.” He engaged warmly with fans, including one who travelled from Pune just to meet him.
When asked for a message to the Army after Operation Sindoor, Kumar replied, “You all know what our country is doing.”
