Jammu, September 2, 2025 : The Jammu and Kashmir State Taxes Department (STD) has set up dedicated helpline numbers to provide assistance to taxpayers facing difficulties with the E-Way Bill system.
Officials said the initiative aims to resolve issues such as errors in E-Way Bill generation, system glitches, and queries related to compliance requirements under GST. The helplines will remain operational during official working hours and will be managed by trained staff familiar with GST and E-Way Bill procedures.
