J&K Public Universities Act – 2022 is a Black Act, J&K Admin must Revoke it: ABVP
26/11/2022: ABVP’s Agitation against J&K Public Universities Act-2022 continues, demanding revocation of this Black Act which is snatching the Autonomy of State Universities of Jammu Kashmir.
In the protest, Sonika Singh(District Girls Incharge, ABVP Udhampur), Anchal(College Secretary, ABVP GCW Udhampur)and Vaishno Devi(Tehsil Convenor, ABVP Moungri) addressed the media about drawbacks of this Black Act and demanded from Jammu Kashmir Administration to immediately revoke this Act otherwise ABVP will be on roads.
