JAMMU, April 30, 2026 : Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo inaugurated the Jammu & Kashmir Security Operations Centre (JK SOC), marking a major step toward strengthening the Union Territory’s cyber security framework.

The newly established JK SOC will:
- Provide 24×7 monitoring of government digital systems
- Enable real-time threat detection & response
- Protect critical infrastructure and sensitive data from cyber attacks
