SRINAGAR, April 23, 2026 : The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Thursday attached a plot of land belonging to a terror accused in Pulwama district under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
Officials said the 3.2 kanal (approx. 17,300 sq ft) property, located in Abhama area of Rajpora, belongs to an accused linked to a terror case. The action was taken under Section 33(1) of the UAPA.
The attachment was carried out following an order issued by an NIA court in Jammu earlier this year, as part of continued efforts to dismantle terror networks and their assets.
